Proxy Online

Under rules adopted by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Weis Markets, Inc. offers both online proxy voting and online delivery of all investor materials. Online voting is fast, convenient and completely confidential.

Proxy materials are furnished to our shareholders on the Internet, rather than mailing printed copies of those materials to each shareholder. If you received an Important Notice of Availability of Proxy Materials for the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of Weis Markets, Inc. (the "Notice") by mail, you will not receive a printed copy of the proxy materials unless you request one. Instead, the Notice will instruct you how to access and review the proxy materials on the Internet. We anticipate the Notice will be mailed to shareholders on or around March 19, 2026. The 2026 proxy materials will be available on March 12, 2026.
